For Our International Guests/Patients

Each year mostly patients come to Istanbul Cerrahi Hospital from abroad for specialized medical care not available or not as reasonable in their country. İstanbul Cerrahi Hospital is one of the boutique and respected medical center in Turkey, Middle East , East Europe and Balkan Region. We provide high quality service and care to all international patients and their families. In other words, we provide more personalized care for each patient.

We can help you with the following services before, during and after your stay, but before you leave home;

  • please try to bring all of your medical records in English/or current reports
  • if you have please bring your CD's, diagnostic films etc. from previous medical procedures
  • contact your embassy to have the appropriate visa (if needed)

We ensure;

Before you come to our hospital,

  • scheduling medical appointments for your first examination
  • assisting to confirm and book your airline reservations for THY
  • making hotel arrangements
  • arranging transportation between the airport and hospital

During your stay,

  • assisting your hospital admissions and follow-up physician visits
  • arranging your medical appointments
  • collecting an initial / additional deposits (advance payment) for medical services
  • giving needed information about Istanbul, leisure activities for the family / attendants

During your discharge,

  • arranging copies of medical reports / records after procedures and consultations are completed in English.
  • managing and describing prescription and medical equipment you require
  • arranging transportation between hospital and the airport

International Patient Relations Department will

  • arrange the necessary appointment
  • arrange transportaiton between hospital and airport
  • provide hotel accomodations


The following are acceptable sort of payment in our hospital,

  • Cash (payments must be in U.S.D, Euro or T.L.)
  • Visa, Mastercard, Amex

If you have private health insurance you will be responsible for any additional cost or services that are rejected by the insurance company.

If you are self paying, you will recive an estimated cost for your medical treatment at your first appointment or admittance to the hospital. The final receipt will not be calculated until your hospital stay completed.

Prices include all physicians and hospital fees but do not include extra charges such as hotel, cafeteria, phone calls, sightseeing/leisure activities.

Our guests are able to order room service any time between 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m


Translators are available in every language whereas English is common for our physicians.
Patient confidentially is committed by all our staff.
