PRIVATE MEDICAL INSURANCE

İstanbul Cerrahi Hospital international patient services department will guide you through the process of establishing whether, and to what extent, your private insurance policy covers the diagnostic and treatment procedures you are due to complete.

Our fully trained staff will confirm directly to you whether you are covered for the tests, investigations or treatment you need, through contacting your private medical insurer themselves. All you need to do is you can provide details of your cover and authorization to us.

The best way to ensure you are covered is for you and our experts to keep contact with your private medical insurer at each stage of your treatment. Claims processes differ from insurer to insurer but we will be able to help you and guide you through the process.

For hospital treatments, İstanbul Cerrahi has direct settlement processes in place with many major insurance companies, so you don’t have to worry about billing and payment. Our staff will inform you what information (usually details of your insurer, your registration number, your level of cover and scheme details and your pre-authorization number), we require, and assist you through the process.
